IS THE FILTER COMPATIBLE WITH MY TAP?

FEELTER is compatible with 90% of faucets in the UAE. Your faucet must be standard, featuring removable circular aerators. For detailed pictures of matching faucets, check the "tap compatibility" section of the website!

FEELTER is not compatible with non-standard faucets, including square, rectangular, rainfall, sensor, or any other non-removable circular aerators.

WILL THE FILTER AFFECT MY TAP WATER PRESSURE?

The filtered water output maintains a consistent straight flow with the same pressure as your unfiltered water.

If your initial water pressure is excessively high or low, the filtered water might deviate slightly from this straight flow. No worries! The filter's advantages remain consistent regardless of the pressure or water's flow pattern.

IS THIS TAP WATER FILTER EASY TO INSTALL?

Yes! No complex plumbing tools needed. Check our "how to Install" video to see 3 different examples of installation depending on your faucet type.

WHY AM I NOTICING A LEAK FROM THE FILTER HEAD AFTER INSTALLATION?

In rare cases following installation, you may still notice a minor leak from the filter base. Not to worry!

  1. Remove and reinstall the components, ensuring that both the adaptor and filter head are evenly and securely tightened.
  2. If you still notice any leaks, you may need to select the correct rubber ring. Different rings vary in thickness and may be better suited to some faucets. Refer to the "how to install" video for a detailed, step-by-step guide.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE THE FILTER CARTRIDGE?

For optimal filtration, we recommend changing the cartridge every 3 months. Make sure to clean the filter thoroughly before placing the new cartridge inside the filter. Press the cartridge inside the filter carefully, until it is securely fixed.

WHAT IS THE TAP WATER FILTER MADE OF?

FEELTER is a 5-layer filtration system made of: non-woven fabric, activated carbon fiber, granular activated carbon from coconut shell, ultrafiltration membrane, and stainless-steel mesh. Each layer is playing a crucial role to ensure optimal filtration for a superior water quality output.

WHICH WATER CONTAMINANTS DOES FEELTER REMOVE?

Chlorine: disinfectant used during water desalination process to kill germs. Chlorine residue causes skin irritation.

Sediments and particles: sand, rust, silt, and other suspended particles making water cloudy and unpleasant.

Heavy metals and mineral excess: lead, arsenic, cooper, iron, manganese due to natural geological deposits or industrial activities.

Bacteria and microorganisms: the ultrafiltration membrane removes particles as small as 0.1 micron.

CAN I DRINK WATER DIRECTLY FROM MY TAP WITH THIS FILTER?

FEELTER is meticulously designed and rigorously tested for optimal effectiveness and safety in the following applications: face and hands washing, teeth brushing, food washing, and water boiling for hot beverages or cooking.

We recommend using it primarily for these purposes other than drinking directly from the tap. This ensures an extra layer of precaution for your drinking water.

IS THERE A 'SAVE AND SUBSCRIBE' OPTION?

Yes! You can subscribe to automatically receive a fresh refill cartridge every 3 months and save AED 40 on your filter set. You can skip or cancel the subscription anytime after 1 automatic refill cartridge delivery.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

All sales are final. Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled anytime after 1 automatic refill cartridge delivery, prior the next delivery cycle.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

We have a free 14-day return policy including pickup service at your place.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original received condition, unused, completely dry, and with each piece included in the original packaging.
